PRICES
Prices detailed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. Prices on the website may be higher or lower than those found in our store.
DELIVERY
We have a standard UK delivery charge of £4.95. If you require delivery outside of the UK, please email us for a price.
AVAILABILITY
All of our products are made freshly for your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of receipt, however during busy periods, lead times may be longer and you will be advised of this. At extremely busy periods, such as Easter and Christmas, we may have to suspend website orders for a period of time. We will however put notification on the website as to the last ordering date needed to guarantee delivery for these busy periods.
PAYMENT
Payments on our website are processed via 'Paypal'. Paypal offers a sage and secure system to pay for goods on the internet.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
With the exception of personalised goods made to a customer's specification, you may cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery (commencing the day after the goods have been received by th customer) in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In such a case, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the items. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Returned chocolates must be in a good condition, unopened and be returned to us using recorded delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights
